  • Príjemný personál, ochotný odpovedať na každú otázku,ochotný pomôcť ohľadne cestovania, gastronómie a ďalších otázok.

  • Nevýhoda, že na izbe nemôže byť stále otvorené okno hlavne v lete, v teplom počasí, aj kôli hluku z ulice, ktorý nevadí pri spánku, ale pri sledovení TV, alebo rozhovoroch.

  • snídaně, laskavá a trpělivá paní recepční, pořádek na pokoji, čistota

  • spíše jen námět na zlepšení .... bylo by dobré mít možnost si přímo na hotelu koupit jízdenky na MHD

Dobrý den Vladimíre,

děkujeme Vám za hezké hodnocení a námět na zlepšení. Dříve jsme lístky na MHD prodávali, ale s rozšířením možnosti pohodlného nákupu kartou přímo v tramvaji klesla poptávka na minimum. Tak uvidíme, jestli se k tomu někdy vrátíme :-)
